The Systems Analyst is a key member of the Compliance team, responsible for managing and ensuring the timely application of security patches and updates across all endpoints and servers. This role is critical in safeguarding the organization and its clients against vulnerabilities by maintaining compliance with patch management policies. The Patching Analyst will utilize advanced tools like NABLE to monitor, report, and troubleshoot patch deployments, while also maintaining clear communication with clients regarding any changes or issues that arise. This position demands a solid technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic IT environment.

- Responsible for toolsets that monitor our customer environments. Icinga & NCentral.
- Own and be responsible for the success of the patching toolset for customers.
- Maintain and patch firmware for server infrastructure.
- Maintain and patch Server Operating Systems.
- Troubleshoot systems and infrastructure issues for our managed services clients.
- Stay current with new technologies and industry trends in the managed services space.
- Continually improve by attending training, self-study, and passing vendor certifications
- Record time on tickets and document work performed accurately.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Communicate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Collaborating with your colleagues to determine any processes that requires improvement or can be handled more efficiently.
- Seeking customer feedback on your performance and take an active approach in attempting to continuously improve these results.
- Participate in occasional (paid) overtime work.
- Identifying problems or requests which don't have an existing process and collaborate with your peers to develop and implement one.
- Taking ownership of day-to-day technology issues and dealing with external 3rd party organisations.
