This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and large-scale program execution within a cutting-edge autonomous delivery environment. You will drive the deployment of complex, cross-functional technical systems spanning both software and hardware components. The position requires close collaboration with engineering, operations, and product stakeholders across multiple teams and geographies. You will be responsible for ensuring structured execution of high-impact programs that enable real-world drone delivery operations. The environment is fast-moving, highly technical, and focused on safety, scalability, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in translating engineering capabilities into deployed, production-ready systems used in live logistics networks.
- Accountabilities: Lead end-to-end deployment of complex technical programs across software, hardware, and operational systems, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional teams by producing and maintaining program artifacts such as project briefs, plans, schedules, and risk registers. Identify, track, and mitigate program risks while escalating key issues and providing structured recommendations to leadership. Facilitate clear communication across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure consistent understanding and execution. Analyze operational processes and identify improvement opportunities, driving enhancements in tools, workflows, and system efficiency. Ensure adherence to internal governance, technical change management, and configuration management processes. Translate operational feedback into engineering insights to continuously improve system performance and deployment outcomes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience in a technical field. 3+ years of experience in technical program management, preferably in complex, cross-functional environments. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and evaluate software and hardware systems. Proven experience managing large-scale deployments of products, services, or technical systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Experience working across distributed teams and global time zones. Familiarity with technical change management and/or configuration management practices. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and execution quality.
