Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Career Talent (Contractor)

Location: Remote (supporting west coast hours) 

this is a 6-month contract position through our staffing partner

The Sony Interactive Entertainment recruiting team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Early Career Talent, to help support our recruiting efforts and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule phone screens, virtual interviews, and candidate travel; coordinate all aspects of the interview process
  • Partner with recruiters to support Early Career Talent hiring initiatives and recruiting activities
  • Participate in job kick-off meetings to provide expert guidance on scheduling and candidate experience
  • Schedule debrief meetings and ensure that scorecards are completed and attached for the hiring team to review
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for Early Career Talent candidates throughout the recruiting process
  • Partner with recruiters to build a professional and engaging recruiting experience for each candidate we connect with
  • Update and maintain Greenhouse, our applicant tracking database, to ensure candidate progression is tracked accurately, and data integrity is maintained
  • Post and manage open positions on specialized websites when needed
  • Process candidate travel reimbursements
  • Respond to candidate and new hire questions regarding recruiting processes and timelines
  • Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders to support hiring timelines and recruiting deliverables
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications:

  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems, familiarity with Greenhouse is a plus
  • Experience supporting Early Career Talent, campus recruiting, university recruiting, or high-volume hiring initiatives is preferred
  • 1-3 years in a Staffing / HR Coordinator or related role preferred
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
