The Role As a member of the US Talent Acquisition team focused on Sales and Go-To-Market hiring, you will be instrumental in building and scaling Mistral’s US-based revenue-generating teams from the ground up. Joining early means you’ll help shape both our GTM recruitment strategy and operations, partnering closely with GTM leadership across Sales, Pre-Sales/Solutions, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. Your work will directly influence our commercial success by ensuring we find and engage exceptional operators who will drive Mistral’s growth in the US market. In this role, you’ll also foster a strong candidate experience and help establish GTM recruiting best practices as we expand across the US.
