This is a hands-on talent acquisition role supporting a growing portfolio of consumer and health-focused businesses. You will independently manage full-cycle recruiting across a broad range of functions and seniority levels, with a strong focus on digital talent. The role combines strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder partnership, and exceptional candidate experience. You will work closely with hiring managers to translate evolving business needs into effective recruiting strategies and processes. Success requires a resourceful, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond conventional career paths. You will also help strengthen recruiting operations through technology, AI-enabled tools, market insights, and continuous process improvement. This is an opportunity to have visible impact in a fast-moving, collaborative environment supporting multiple businesses and talent needs.
  • Accountabilities Manage assigned full-cycle searches from intake and candidate sourcing through interviews, offer acceptance, and onboarding. Recruit across functions and levels, with particular emphasis on ecommerce, marketplaces, growth and performance marketing, CRM, content and creative, digital product, UX/UI, analytics, and marketing technology. Partner with hiring managers and People leaders to define role requirements, candidate profiles, job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring timelines. Build proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, job boards, direct outreach, and other sourcing channels. Identify and engage passive candidates while developing long-term talent networks across onshore, nearshore, and offshore markets. Conduct initial interviews and structured assessments, providing hiring teams with clear, evidence-based candidate recommendations. Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, reference checks, background checks, and other pre-employment activities while maintaining hiring momentum. Support senior and executive searches in partnership with People leadership and relevant stakeholders. Evaluate candidates for initiative, resourcefulness, resilience, curiosity, judgment, learning agility, and their ability to succeed in lean, entrepreneurial environments. Encourage broader consideration of qualified candidates from nontraditional backgrounds while maintaining consistent, job-related evaluation standards. Coordinate onboarding and preboarding activities with hiring managers, People Operations, IT, payroll, and other partners. Maintain accurate applicant tracking system records, recruiting documentation, candidate communications, interview feedback, offers, and reporting data. Use AI-enabled recruiting tools to improve sourcing, talent research, outreach, job descriptions, interview preparation, workflow efficiency, communications, and recruiting analytics, with appropriate human oversight. Monitor recruiting pipelines, bottlenecks, risks, and progress, providing clear updates to stakeholders. Coordinate approved recruiting agencies and nearshore/offshore partners, monitoring candidate quality, responsiveness, and delivery. Contribute to employer branding, talent attraction, recruiting process improvements, onboarding initiatives, and recruiting technology projects. Share market intelligence on talent availability, skill trends, sourcing challenges, and specialized digital talent communities. Collaborate with the broader People Operations team to balance workload, maintain recruiting coverage, and respond to evolving business priorities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Approximately 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Demonstrated ability to independently manage searches from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding. Experience recruiting across multiple functions and levels, particularly within digital, ecommerce, growth marketing, marketplaces, creative, product, analytics, or related areas. Strong passive-candidate sourcing capabilities, including hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter. Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Workable, Greenhouse, Pinpoint, Ashby, Lever, or comparable platforms. Practical experience using AI-enabled tools to improve recruiting workflows, research, productivity, and decision support. Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, written communication, organization, and relationship-management skills. Ability to manage multiple concurrent searches and competing priorities while maintaining accurate documentation and timely follow-through. Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential candidate, employee, and business information. Strong service orientation, collaboration skills, resourcefulness, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Preferred experience supporting private equity environments, portfolio companies, consumer brands, ecommerce businesses, or other high-growth organizations. Experience recruiting across multiple businesses or business units with different operating models and talent requirements is advantageous. Experience recruiting across onshore, nearshore, or offshore markets and regions is a plus. Established networks in digital commerce, performance marketing, marketplaces, creative, product, analytics, or related talent communities are desirable. Core capabilities should include full-cycle recruiting, digital talent sourcing, candidate assessment, market awareness, resourcefulness, learning agility, AI fluency, process discipline, and candidate experience management. Benefits Annual base salary range of $75,000–$95,000 USD, with actual compensation influenced by location, education, skills, training, and experience. Potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Fully remote position within the United States. Opportunity to support multiple high-growth businesses and diverse talent needs. Exposure to digital, ecommerce, consumer, marketing, product, analytics, and other evolving functions. Opportunity to use AI-enabled recruiting technology and contribute to process and technology improvements. High degree of ownership across the full recruiting lifecycle. Collaborative environment with opportunities to influence recruiting practices and talent strategy. Potential to build specialized talent networks and develop broad market knowledge.
