- This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist based in United States. This contract role is focused on building strong talent pipelines for technical and mission-critical operations teams. You’ll source and engage skilled candidates across data center operations, engineering, facilities, and site administration. The position combines proactive sourcing, candidate qualification, interview coordination, and preboarding support. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce needs and accelerate hiring. The role offers a fast-paced, remote environment where organization, responsiveness, and sound judgment are essential. You’ll also help maintain accurate recruiting data and use hiring metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring critical operations teams are staffed with qualified talent when needed.
- Accountabilities Source and engage candidates for Data Center Operations Technician, Data Center Operations Engineer, Site Administrator, and Chief Engineer positions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach. Build and maintain talent pipelines across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, controls, and other critical-facilities disciplines, including candidates from adjacent sectors such as military, utilities, and manufacturing. Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies for ongoing recruitment and accelerated hiring associated with new site launches. Conduct qualification prescreens covering technical experience, licenses and certifications, shift availability, compensation expectations, and other role-specific requirements. Coordinate interviews and site visits, maintain candidate engagement throughout the process, gather feedback, and support offer and closing activities. Lead intake meetings and provide hiring managers and leadership with regular updates on pipeline activity, progress, and potential hiring risks. Coordinate preboarding activities from offer acceptance through the first day, working with HR, IT, Security, and site leadership on documentation, access, equipment, and safety requirements. Manage background checks through completion and support timely Form I-9 and E-Verify processes where applicable while maintaining accurate records. Maintain complete and accurate candidate and requisition information in Lever and ensure reliable data handoffs to Workday for new hires. Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pass-through rates, using insights to recommend process improvements. Requirements 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition coordination, ideally within technical, skilled-trades, mission-critical, or high-volume hiring environments. Demonstrated ability to source candidates proactively and conduct effective prescreens against technical and role-specific requirements. Working knowledge of Form I-9 compliance and background-check administration. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions, candidates, and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build productive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and operational leaders. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying hiring risks, resolving issues, and keeping processes moving. Experience recruiting within data centers, critical facilities, or other mission-critical environments is preferred. Hands-on experience with Lever ATS, Workday HRIS, and familiarity with E-Verify are preferred. Experience supporting new-site launches, workforce ramp-ups, or other accelerated hiring initiatives is a plus. Benefits Compensation: $20–$30 per hour. Compensation may vary based on individual skills, experience, and location. Work arrangement: Remote, United States. Employment type: Contract.
