Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with account managers to understand staffing needs, attract top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This role is critical to building a diverse, skilled workforce that drives our organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to each open position, aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
  • Partner with account managers to define role requirements, recommend start dates, and other offer details.
  • Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through resumes, interviews, and other evaluation methods to identify the best fit for open roles.
  • Manage job postings and advertising campaigns across relevant platforms and social media channels.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Conduct candidate interviews and preparation sessions to set expectations and assess qualifications.
  • Facilitate background checks, reference verifications, and validation of candidate work experience.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates and account managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Attend college career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to source emerging talent.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, including lead generation and candidate pipeline status.
  • Administer referral programs and maintain accurate records of referrals and candidate progress.
  • Manage candidate communications via WhatsApp Business and shared email accounts promptly and professionally

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably across multiple industries or roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct professional and engaging interviews.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and hiring manager relationships.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies using diverse channels.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Drive, Meet, Sheets, Calendar), and applicant tracking systems or recruitment software.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and taking ownership of recruitment projects.

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 08:00 am to 05:00 pm VET

For applicants located in Maracaibo, Venezuela, during the first three months, you will need to work on-site at the Valle Frio office. After this period, your schedule will transition to a hybrid model, with two days in the office and three days working remotely each week.
