Tech Lead, CEO Office

Job Description
About the role
Remote in EU, or hybrid in Barcelona, Palma, Dublin, or Casablanca.
Nuitée is hiring a Tech Lead, CEO Office to join a small team working directly with our CEO on 0 to 1 builds, R&D, strategic product experiments, and internal systems.
This is not a classic Tech Lead role with one fixed squad, a mature roadmap, and a clearly defined product area.
You’ll work on high-priority problems and strategic initiatives where the product, technical approach, and best path forward are still being figured out. Some projects will be new products or MVPs. Some will be internal tools or systems that help the company move faster. Others may involve helping existing engineering teams implement important changes.
The role is hands-on, backend-heavy, and product-driven. You should enjoy moving from unclear idea to working software, without needing detailed specs or a lot of structure around you.
A good way to think of it is: you build the first version of the things Nuitée needs to test, prove, or change quickly.
What makes it interesting for you
- You work directly with the CEO on high-priority product and technical bets
- You build new products, systems, and capabilities from scratch
- You work on problems before they become neatly defined roadmap items
- You have real ownership in a small, senior, high-trust team
- You move across product, engineering, commercial, and operations depending on the problem
- You help turn successful experiments into real products, systems, or changes inside existing teams
This is a high-tempo, high-ownership role with high expectations. That’s why we offer a meaningful equity package, not just a salary. Nuitée was already profitable before raising a $48M Series A led by Accel, and has grown 10x since 2022. If you help build and shape the next phase of Nuitée, we want you to share meaningfully in the value you create.
The kind of problems you’ll work on
- How do we quickly test whether a new travel product or capability is worth building properly?
- How do we turn a CEO-level idea into a working MVP that can be used, tested, and improved?
- How do we build internal systems that help commercial, operations, or engineering teams move faster?
- How do we take a successful experiment and help existing teams scale or adopt it?
This role fits someone who
- is a senior hands-on engineer who can lead by building, not just by advising
- has experience with Golang and a strong backend focus
- has worked on API-driven platforms, integrations, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, or real-time systems
- has built 0 to 1 products, prototypes, internal tools, or strategic systems where the path forward was not obvious
- is comfortable working directly with founders, executives, product, commercial, operations, and engineering teams
- has experience with AI-driven automation, agents, or ML-powered systems, which would be a plus
Nuitée is fast-moving, low on process, and high on ownership. This role adds another layer of ambiguity: you will often work on problems before they have a clear team, roadmap, or product shape. That suits people who like pace, responsibility, and undefined problems. It is less suited to people who prefer structured environments and clearly defined scope from day one.
If that resonates, we’d love to hear from you. You can apply with your LinkedIn profile or CV. The process is straightforward and typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
