This role sits at the center of global marine technical operations, ensuring the smooth execution of complex elevator modernization and service projects across vessels worldwide. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, from initial planning and quoting through to delivery, installation, and post-service follow-up. Acting as a key link between technical teams, vendors, engineers, and customers, you will ensure operational precision and timely execution across multiple time zones. The environment is fast-paced, international, and highly detail-driven, requiring strong coordination and communication skills. You will also support sales follow-ups, vendor onboarding, and technical vetting processes, contributing directly to service quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers strong exposure to global maritime operations and technical project management in a highly collaborative setting.
  • Accountabilities You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the full lifecycle of technical modernization and service projects while ensuring operational accuracy and timely execution: Manage end-to-end logistics for modernization projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordination from proposal stage to vessel delivery and installation. Coordinate service engineers, vendors, and global partners, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and seamless execution of field operations. Oversee shipment planning, equipment readiness tracking, and coordination of international logistics to ensure on-time delivery to vessels. Support sales and technical teams by following up on quotations, managing SAP entries, updating pipeline status, and assisting with proposal preparation. Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records in SAP and other systems, ensuring data integrity and traceability. Facilitate technical vetting processes by coordinating interviews, liaising with partners, and supporting reporting and documentation. Assist with travel arrangements, expense verification, purchase orders, and cross-functional coordination to support operational continuity. Requirements The ideal candidate brings strong coordination capabilities, technical understanding, and experience working in structured operational environments: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field. 3+ years of experience in technical procurement, service coordination, subcontractor management, logistics, or similar operational roles. Basic technical understanding to interpret service scopes, modernization requirements, and technical documentation. Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global stakeholders. Experience coordinating international travel and handling vendor/customer communication is highly desirable. Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving ability and a proactive, ownership-driven attitude. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strong team collaboration.
