JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS
The College of IST is seeking applicants for part-time job of Undergraduate research assistant in hybrid human-AI systems.
Job duties to include:
- Student will support work to study, design, and develop hybrid human-AI systems. The work is part of a larger NSF-funded project on hybrid human-AI technologies for healthy information ecosystems.
Requirements, qualifications, and/or competencies:
- Successful candidate should be a current PhD student in Informatics, Computer Science, or related discipline. Candidate should have expertise and interest in socio-technical questions. Tasks may include literature review, technical implementation of proposed solutions, and support to human subjects research.
Compensation:
The starting rate for this job is $15.

Employment with the University will require successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR).
