Are you an early-career engineer looking to build a strong foundation in validation and automated systems? KPI Solutions is looking for a Validation Engineer I to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior validation engineers and cross-functional project teams to support the qualification and testing of complex automation systems for our clients.

- Assist in documentation updates to ensure records are complete, traceable, and audit-ready
- Learn and consistently apply departmental standards, validation templates, and industry best practices
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Participate in deviation investigations, helping to identify root causes and support follow-up corrective actions
- Contribute to a culture of quality by flagging discrepancies, asking questions, and continuously improving your understanding of validation processes
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to support overall project readiness and milestone delivery
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 0–2 years of professional experience; internship or co-op experience in a regulated, technical, or automated systems environment strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and testing
- Willingness to learn, ask questions, and grow within a structured validation framework
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or co-op experience in warehouse automation, manufacturing, controls, or a related automated systems environment
