Job Description
Want to start a career in BIM/VDC and work on international construction projects?
Eracore is opening enrollment for the VDC Engineer Internship Program — an intensive training program for future VDC engineers, with the possibility of subsequent employment as a Junior VDC Engineer.
This program is designed for students, graduates, and young professionals who want to gain practical skills working with BIM/VDC technologies and get familiar with the design and coordination processes for engineering systems on international projects.
What you’ll get

We’d love to have you join if you:
- Have a basic understanding of the construction industry (a relevant degree is a plus).
- Have worked with Revit or other BIM platforms, or have a strong desire to learn them.
- Are interested in digital technologies in construction and want to grow in BIM/VDC field.
- Are confident using a PC and the Windows operating system.
Technical requirements:
- PC or laptop running Windows 10/11.
- 16 GB RAM or more.
- SSD storage.
- Stable internet connection.
- Ability to install Autodesk Revit, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
Program format:
📍 Online
📅 Duration: 4 weeks
Week 1 — Theoretical training
Training takes place via an LMS platform and includes:
- video lessons on Electrical BIM and VDC;
- study guides and methodological materials;
- an overview of core BIM/VDC tools and processes.
Weeks 2−4 — Practical part
Participants will complete practical assignments based on BIM models and project materials:
- modeling engineering systems;
- model coordination;
- preparing working documentation (Shop Drawings);
- working on tasks closely mirroring the real work of a Junior VDC Engineer.
Each participant will receive regular feedback from a trainer.
