  • This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Vice President – GTM Technology Product and Operations in United States. This executive leadership role is responsible for defining and driving the vision for a global Go-To-Market (GTM) technology and revenue platform ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end strategy and evolution of critical Product-to-Cash systems, including CPQ, pricing, quoting, ordering, subscriptions, billing, and post-sales operations. The role requires a blend of strategic leadership and deep systems thinking to ensure scalable, high-performing platforms that support complex enterprise GTM motions. You will partner closely with senior leaders across Engineering, Finance, RevOps, Sales, and Product to align priorities and deliver measurable business impact. This is a high-influence role where you will shape multi-year transformation initiatives and embed AI-driven automation into core revenue workflows. The environment is fast-moving, highly collaborative, and focused on operational excellence, scalability, and innovation at enterprise scale.
  • Accountabilities: Define and lead the executive vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the GTM technology and revenue platform ecosystem. Own end-to-end Product-to-Cash platforms, including CPQ, pricing, quoting, ordering, subscriptions, billing, and post-sales systems. Translate corporate growth strategy into scalable, enforceable platform capabilities that support global GTM operations. Lead cross-functional alignment with Sales, Finance, RevOps, Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Applications on priorities and investment decisions. Sponsor and guide major transformation initiatives, including large-scale platform migrations and modernization programs. Establish governance frameworks, operating models, and decision structures to ensure delivery velocity, compliance, and platform durability. Build and scale a high-performing global product leadership organization focused on measurable business outcomes. Embed pricing controls, financial compliance, and policy enforcement directly into system architecture and workflows. Drive adoption of AI and automation to enhance GTM efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience. Requirements: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in product management and enterprise technology, with VP or executive-level responsibility. Proven experience leading large-scale Quote-to-Cash or Lead-to-Cash transformations in global SaaS or enterprise environments. Strong background working with Engineering, Finance, and Enterprise Applications to build scalable revenue platforms. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions, including sales, renewals, customer success, and post-sales operations. Demonstrated ability to define multi-year roadmaps and align executive stakeholders across complex organizations. Experience building and leading high-performing global product or technology teams with strong operating models and governance. Strong systems thinking with the ability to connect architecture, data, process design, and business outcomes. Hands-on experience with Salesforce ecosystem, including CPQ and enterprise integrations. Proven success leveraging AI and automation to transform enterprise GTM processes and improve efficiency. Exceptional communication and influence skills with C-suite and senior cross-functional stakeholders.
