You will lead the development and execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives that support revenue generation across enterprise, corporate, and SMB segments. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration across sales, global marketing, alliances, communications, and product teams. This role requires a strong balance of data-driven decision-making, creative thinking, and operational execution. - Accountabilities Develop and execute the regional field marketing strategy aligned with company-wide growth and revenue objectives. Partner closely with sales leadership to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer acquisition initiatives across Europe. Lead regional campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and market development programs across multiple customer segments. Collaborate with global marketing, product marketing, communications, and alliances teams to localize messaging and optimize regional impact. Build and execute customer advocacy and experience-driven marketing programs that strengthen engagement and retention. Drive a data-focused marketing culture by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and optimizing investments accordingly. Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and regional dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Lead, mentor, and develop regional marketing teams while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration. Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing touchpoints in the region. Requirements: Extensive leadership experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environments. Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and business expansion. Strong experience leading multi-functional marketing teams across brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation activities. Deep understanding of regional marketing execution and alignment with global business strategies. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and experience using metrics to guide marketing investment decisions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align sales and marketing around shared goals. Strong leadership capabilities with experience building collaborative, high-performing teams. Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, global business environment.
