Job Description

Own and iterate end-to-end on Web3 rewards & incentive growth products (campaigns, leaderboards, boost/referral mechanics)

Build and scale the on-chain prediction market product

Discover crypto market trends, conduct competitor analysis and market research

Explore new growth directions that drive X Layer TVL and trading volume

Perform data analysis and user research to optimize product experience and conversion

Lead product planning and R&D reviews; drive development, testing, and launch

Fluent English — comfortable operating in a global, cross-functional environment

AI-native — proficient with AI tools for product analysis, data analysis, and product design; uses them as part of daily workflow, not as an afterthought

Strong data-driven instincts; able to define metrics, run analyses, and translate insights into product decisions

Genuine interest in and understanding of crypto / Web3 / DeFi, ideally with hands-on product experience in the space
