We're hiring a Weekend Client Support Specialist to ensure our clients and tutors receive timely support outside of normal business hours. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys talking with people and wants to be part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

Location Requirement: This position is open only to candidates currently residing in South America. Compensation is based on the local market where the employee resides.

Schedule

  • Saturday: Any 6-hour shift between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET
  • Sunday: Any 6-hour shift between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM ET
  • 12 hours per week
  • Fully remote

What You'll Do

Your role is to keep things moving over the weekend while delivering a great experience for our families and tutors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and support tickets.
  • Assist parents, students, and tutors with routine questions and requests.
  • Process straightforward account requests, including tutoring restarts, package upgrades, scheduling requests, and other administrative tasks.
  • Capture revenue opportunities by helping families restart or continue tutoring services.
  • Respond quickly and professionally so every customer knows they've been heard.
  • Document conversations clearly and accurately in our systems.
  • Escalate more complex issues to the weekday team with detailed notes and appropriate context

What We're Looking For

  • At least one year of customer service, call center, receptionist, or other phone-based support experience.
  • Excellent spoken and written English with clear, professional verbal communication skills. This role requires speaking with U.S.-based parents, students, and tutors by phone throughout each shift, so the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English is essential.
  • Confident answering inbound calls and making outbound calls when needed. Weekend call volume varies, but you should be comfortable speaking with parents, students, and tutors by phone.
  • Friendly, patient, and professional with exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
  • Comfortable learning new technology and working across multiple systems.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise good judgment.
  • Reliable with excellent attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in education or tutoring.
  • Experience using a CRM.
  • Previous remote work experience.

Technical Requirements

  • Personal desktop or laptop computer.
  • Reliable high-speed internet.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for taking customer calls.
  • Quality headset with microphone.
