- Accountabilities Convert warm inbound leads assigned by Client Support Advisors into customers, managing the full sales cycle from qualification to closing. Adapt sales conversations to different client profiles, including independent affiliates, established media buying teams, and brands entering paid acquisition. Handle inbound opportunities across North and South America during US business hours, supporting clients in both Portuguese and English. Build and develop a professional network within the performance marketing community across the Americas. Gradually take on outbound business development activities, using your industry knowledge and network to generate new opportunities. Collaborate with existing clients and partners to share opportunities and strengthen regional market presence. Provide market feedback and insights on client needs, competitor activity, and emerging industry trends. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven ability to close warm inbound or relationship-driven deals. Native or fluent Portuguese and near-native proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Excellent written communication skills, particularly for managing client conversations through chat and email. Ability to quickly understand client needs and adapt your approach without relying on generic sales templates or unnecessary follow-ups. Confidence in handling objections and proposing solutions, including when dealing with unfamiliar topics. Strong interpersonal skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive approach to building lasting client relationships. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently in a remote environment aligned with US business hours. An entrepreneurial mindset, ideally demonstrated through independent ventures, side projects, or experience building something of your own. Preferred: Sales or business development experience at a payments or card-issuing provider, with an established network among online advertisers and media buyers. Preferred: Previous dropshipping or e-commerce experience, particularly with existing connections to online sellers. Preferred: Based in Brazil with an established network in affiliate marketing, media buying, or e-commerce. Preferred: Experience working with or selling to media buyers, affiliates, or e-commerce operators. Preferred: Background at an affiliate network, CPA network, tracking or attribution platform, proxy provider, or similar performance marketing technology business. Preferred: Experience in affiliate marketing, ad tech, fintech, performance marketing, SaaS, or another fast-paced startup environment. Preferred: Additional language skills, especially Spanish, to support broader coverage across the Americas. Preferred: Experience collaborating with distributed teams across multiple time zones. Benefits: Fully remote-first working environment. Flexible work arrangements within a globally distributed team. Opportunity to work with clients and partners across North and South America. Collaborative culture supported by regular virtual meetings, shared tools, and open communication. Opportunity to build a professional network and develop further into outbound business development. Indefinite-term employment contract.
