• CSM Rijeka is looking for self-motivated and skilled seafarers to join our expanding fleet of Columbia Shipmanagement. JOB DESCRIPTION & QUALIFICATIONS Responsible for the maintenance of the vessel. Holders of valid COC with verification and STCW certifications required for the position. Experience with a multicultural working environment. Good communication and leadership skills. Fluent in written and spoken English language. Safety culture and mindset. VESSEL'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS Minimum experience requirements: 12 months of previous experience in rank on Cruise Ship Substantial experience on large cruise ships with worldwide itinerary. Experience in trading area USA and Australia is recommended.
