Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, managing end-to-end logistics and delivery inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain departments to ensure timely dispatch and resolution of shipment issues.
- Monitor delivery tracking systems to provide proactive updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and logistical challenges with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of documentation accuracy within the company’s logistics database.
- Support internal continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of regional supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline communication and optimize delivery timelines.
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- Professional proficiency in English for inter-departmental communication.
- A genuine interest in the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service mindset to handle high-stakes delivery matters.
- Valid EU passport (mandatory).
