Job Description

We are seeking skilled Italian Bilingual Experts to contribute to a language and AI training project focused on improving Italian language understanding, speech quality, and linguistic accuracy.

In this role, you will evaluate Italian audio samples, assess pronunciation and fluency, and provide detailed feedback to help train and improve next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your language expertise and understanding of Italian linguistic nuances are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Listen to Italian audio clips and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of speakers or AI-generated speech.

• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.

• Document evaluations through clear, concise written feedback in English, highlighting key linguistic factors.

• Provide detailed justifications for each assessment to ensure clarity and consistency.

• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities in language content.

• Share insights to improve AI model performance in Italian language understanding and generation.

• Complete assigned audio review tasks accurately and on time while maintaining high-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Italian, with strong command of spoken and written language.

• Minimum B2-level English proficiency, particularly for written and verbal communication.

• Background in voice specialization, Linguistics, Phonetics, Music/Audio Engineering, or related fields.

• Experience in audio analysis, transcription, or linguistic assessment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and explain subtle language differences.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.

• Familiarity with media, communications, or teaching is an added advantage.
