We are seeking experienced Sales and Business Development Experts to contribute to an AI training and evaluation project.

In this role, you will apply your professional sales expertise to evaluate AI models, simulate real-world sales conversations, and provide structured feedback to improve AI performance. No prior AI experience is required—your industry knowledge and practical experience are what matter.

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluate AI interview models by responding to scenario-based questions related to sales and business development.

2. Provide detailed and constructive feedback on the relevance, accuracy, and realism of AI-generated questions and responses.

3. Simulate authentic sales and business development conversations with AI models across various industries and deal types.

4. Document observations about AI performance, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement.

5. Share insights on sales best practices, objection handling, lead qualification, relationship management, and closing strategies.

6. Contribute to improving project guidelines and evaluation standards from a sales expert's perspective.

7. Participate in project discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions with other subject matter experts as required.

Preferred Qualifications

1. At least 3 years of hands-on experience in sales and business development across multiple sectors or markets.

2. Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, relationship building, and deal execution.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and clarity.

4. Experience analyzing and evaluating interview or assessment processes is a strong advantage.

5. Ability to provide structured feedback and actionable recommendations.

6. Adaptability to new tools and workflows in a remote working environment.

7. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills, along with an openness to emerging technologies.
