About the Role

We are seeking experienced Video Production Specialists to contribute their creative and technical expertise to a multimedia and AI training project. This role is ideal for professionals with strong video production, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

You will create, review, and evaluate video content while providing actionable feedback to help improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required; professional video production expertise is what matters.

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce, edit, and deliver high-quality video content according to project specifications and creative briefs.

2. Review and evaluate video footage for storytelling, visual appeal, narrative consistency, and technical accuracy.

3. Provide constructive feedback on video assets to support AI model training and evaluation.

4. Document video production workflows, processes, and best practices through clear written communication.

5. Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders to align on creative direction and content objectives.

6. Source and curate video materials representing different genres, production techniques, and storytelling styles.

7. Apply video production expertise to support data labeling, annotation, and system improvements.

Required Qualifications

1. Extensive experience across all stages of video production, including pre-production, filming, editing, and post-production.

2. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
