We are currently seeking a talented individual for the Estonian Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact within the Customer Support Services department for Estonian-speaking clients.
- Provide expert, high-quality solutions to complex client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain a deep understanding of service protocols to ensure professional and efficient interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements for service quality and internal processes.
- Collaborate with international teams to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) in the Customer Support Services industry.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all customer engagements and resolutions.
- Contribute to the positive and solution-oriented culture of the international support center.
- Native or fluent Estonian (spoken and written).
- Proficiency in English for professional communication.
- Previous experience in Customer Support Services is considered a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
- Valid EU passport or right to work in the EU (mandatory).
